| Cao Son Temple Attacking Zone 1: You start off on a small island with access to two PBR and a couple of bridges link to a larger island. Ideally the PBR should be used for distraction and dropoffs. Note engineers like to hide in the hootches on the beach head, so concentrate fire from the PBRs on them and rack up the kills. Also it is possible to take the PBR's completely around the island by destroying the defenders bridge in teh back, just hit it with the boat. A squad of assault/medics can use lightweight an move quickly to get up the right side of the island and behind the enemy by the run down temple pillars.
Zone 2: Right side or left side is safe, the center is suicide. The PBR's have an island to kind of hide behind to cause more distraction and repair if needed, but the defenders can reach it easily. Concentrate PBR fire on the hootches and the shrubs toward the back of the zone. Infantry need to gain access to the island by moving far right then over the walls or through the beach killing any engineers they come accross, get the back side of the spawn and come in from the walls.
Zone 3: The right side can be a choke point if the defense knows what they are doing, so if you go that way, move quickly. Once inside the walls, or just outside the wall, have one person post up to use as a respawn, you're likely going to need them.
Defense Zone 1: Post up flamethrowers on the left to destroy any shrubs by the temple the attackers can hide behind. Engineers on the right to handle the PBRs. Also mine the back water way by the bridge to kill the PBR if they try and circle around. It is possible to push the attackers back into their spawn and hold them there, just watch out for the sneaky ones trying to get through or the PBR boat who drops someone deep in the water and they swim in undetected. Also destroy the hootches on the left side, including the one with A and B mcomm to remove any hiding spots for the enemy.
Zone 2: Flamethrower the left shrubs to keep the attackers from sneaking in. Engineers should mine around the little island to kill the PBR if they get too close. Rocket the PBR's otherwise. There are several large rock formations which you can hide behind to defend from. If you are turtled inside the walls, post a few men at each of the entrances and treat them like death traps.
Zone 3: Nade spam the limited entrances to keep the attackers honest. Post up a squad or two on the left side to create a rather decent choke point. The rock formations provide good cover. A couple of engineers on the right side to keep the PBR's honest and spot those who decide to approach from this direction. If you are turtling Bravo, multiple guns at each entrance with a few medics healing and reviving will hold this zone. |

| zone 3 on attack needs to be a coordinated grenade toss for anybody near it. just gotta wipe the punks out of the corners. too many campers in that structure. i think it's the B mcomm. |

yeah, that is definitely a useful tactic there. also, swarming the right side seems to work. the front is usually the most covered. but if we have enough to lead a charge, we can do it easily. |

| Zone 3 Bravo will require a lot of reviving to gain access to that temple. Two good squads can set up an awesome defense inside those walls covering every possible angle and then some. Medics should run heal boost and heal range as a requirement in this zone. Aside from Zone 3 Hill 137 and Zone 2 Vantage point, this is the hardest to take IMHO |

| also, on attack, once inside, you must set up like you are defending. |

| That seems to be the trend in Vietnam, once you get to the last zone, getting to the M-Comm's is hell, but if you can get to them and get armed, it's easy to hold out and mow down the defenders incoming. |

| This map relies on how good your squad is. Basically the better one can push the other one all the way back with few interferences in flanking if you guys know what you're doing. |
