Ok so i decided to make this guide because i think it will be much easier to post it here on the forums than to tell people how to do it individually. Oh yeah, and before we start, make sure you have 30 mins.
Brace yourselves, here we go

WinFF -3.1 Downloading WinFF -3.2 Installing WinFF -3.3 Converting the video____________________4. Uploading your videos____________________1. Battlefield 3-1.1For the videos to look good, and the whole operation professional, everyone must have the same settings. Take a look at this picture and copy the settings from it. Also when having these settings, you must maintain at least 30 fps (Frames per second) while recording with fraps, since the video will be at 30 fps.
Settings:Why those settings?
Because the video will be 1280x720 (HD) and those settings have probably the best performance/graphics balance so far.
Why not 1920x1080?
Because not everyone has the 1920x1080 monitor, and you need pretty good PC for recording full size 1920x1080 video with Fraps
___________________________________________________________________________________2. FrapsFraps is video recording software used to record live gameplay. You will need it since everyone will record.
-2.1To download Fraps, just click on this link, and start the download:
http://www.mediafire.com/?6580k94bn44b0ad-2.2Once you download it just run the setup and install it like any other application.
-2.3Start Fraps and you'll see "Movies" tab, click on it and the first thing you need to do is to change the folder where the clips are going to be saved. This is very important, and make sure you make an empty folder on the partition where you have the most space left because Fraps 30 second video takes about 700 mb.
Once you do this, copy the rest of the settings from this image and its make sure you copy the settings exactly how they are on the image so everyone's recording looks the same, like all of it was recorded on the same computer.
-2.4Start up the game while running Fraps and you should see the yellow numbers in the right corner that change very often. Those numbers are the amount of frames per second your computer is currently displaying. If they are not there, you probably hid them. To show them up just press F12 couple of times until you are able to see them. If that doesn't work, there is something wrong with Fraps and the game, and i can't help you. Also,
you won't be able to record if you can't see the numbers. Now finally, press F9 to start recording, also known as "Video capture hotkey". You should now see that the numbers are turning red. That means you are currently recording and the movie files are located in the folder you created earlier on the partition that has the most space left. To stop recording, press F9 again.
___________________________________________________________________________________3. WinFFWinFF is used to convert the any kind of video files. I tested it myself and it converted 700mb video into 16.3mb video with minimal quality loss. I think it's the best video converter so far looking at size/quality balance and it's totally free.

To download WinFF just click on this link:
http://winff.googlecode.com/files/winff-1.4.0-setup.exe-3.2Again, install it like any other application
-3.3To insert a video to convert, just click that green, plus button that says "Add". Open up a video and it should show up in the queue. By default "Output Details" tab will be selected. From "Convert to" drop down menu, select "MPEG-4". From "Preset" drop down menu select "MPEG-4 H.264 video (super high quality)". Select the output folder and click "Convert"

Uploading the videosThe site i chose for this kind of thing is
FilesMall.comIt has 500 mb max file size which i think is more than enough, since fraps splits the video into separate files every 2 minutes and 20 seconds.
I already created account for this, so everyone should upload their videos here titled by their name to know who recorded what. For example if my nickname is "Jeff" then the files would be named: "Jeff_01.mp4", "Jeff_02.mp4" and so on.
