You and your buddies are all wearing headphones, talk to each other, let them know you see a tango entering a yellow house. The spot system is great but not 100%, your eyes however are. You see it, its real, report it. You see a tank take you out and is trying to cap a flag or defend an Mcomm station, tell your friends and spawn as an engineer and blow that sucker up.

Approaching a building with a fireteam member, let them know you will clear right and he should clear left. Did that headshot hurt, let your medics know so they can zap you back to life.
All that said communicate, but don't just talk. It does your buddy no good to hear there is a tango around that corner...uh what corner? Be smart, if you can tell exactly where they are communicate that....He's 10 meters behind Bravo's Mcomm, right behind a stack of lumber. If your buddy can't find him there, he's either blind or the tango is dead.
