Pull the pin and throw it away and hope to god you have good aim.

The hand grenade is a very effective killer. See a group of tangos headed toward a building, toss a nade in it, big go boom, charge in there and get yourself a triple kill. Ooorah!

If you know there is an enemy in a particular window or doorway and he's mowing down your approach, nade away. You see Charlie run behind a barrack, toss a nade at one end of it and go after him from the other direction.

Your defending Port Nelson and your stuck behind some pipes, drop or request an ammo kit and start throwing away the little balls of destruction, the enemy will hate you for it.

Since EA in their infinite wisdom took away the Flashbang as an alternate weapon, the hand grenade needs to be utilized more, you've gottem...toss em.

I use my grenades a good amount but can never register that many kills. Yes, I do cook the grenades. Any tips on effective grenade use?

Best way to make a nade kill is to best anticipate where your enemy will be in about 4 seconds, and make sure your nade is there to blow at that time. I always like to pull the pin at the last second before I know I'm gonna die and booby trap myself. The tango that goes for my gun is in for a nice suprise.
