| I tried AA3 a couple days ago and was instantly addicted. It is a highly unique game. Itbrings a whole new level of realism into the free-gaming community. Unfortunately it updates rarely and is almost dead. Yea can find servers with alot fo people but ther arent many so try not to piss of many admins if you play it . There are ingame tutorials so youhave to get a certain score on a training exercise before you can use certain Weopons (ie. M249 SAW, M16DMR, and M203). So you wont have noobs running around with elite weopons. There is a very in depth objective and squad cammanding feature in the game. Onceyour dead your dead until the end of the round, which would be irritating if the max timer wasnt 6min, which unless your a noob you shouldnt be waiting long. There is a high use of ingame comms. You have the ability to spot enemies, heal injured teamates, deploy smoke, vault objects to reach high places and out-of-the-way sniper positions. It is a very fun game and kicks (in my opionion) battlefield play 4 free's a$$. It is tough to learn at first but once you get the hang of it it becomes very fun. I give letter grades to different aspects below. Realism: A+ Teamwork cappabilities: A Map size: C Anti-Noob factor:B Server count:C Player count:C Veichle implementation: F- |

| I used to play AA all the time. It is quite fun and quite hard. If I recall in the earlier versions I had some issues either with the game or the servers...
I have to say though, it was a tough game to play. Very realistic, none of this 100% health crap. you get shot, you are down.
I haven't tried 3, probably because I rarely get on my PC to play games anymore. I got tired of having to upgrade it every time a new game came out. And because of that, I will probably stick with the PS3. Now that they can patch games and add DLC, it's almost like playing on the PC with the added benifit of knowing that no matter what game comes out, the PS3 will play it without having to upgrade hardware. |
