| Hosting our own server and in-game recruiting is the only things I could think of. That, and a recruitment thread that gets regularly bumped on Steam forums and TF2 forums (not sure if they have a separate forum?) |

| Yup, in game and forums is pretty much it. Might want to see if an Official TS2 facebook exists and post there. Or even those clan ranking systems. |
