Thank you, Vanhoucke.
The "Eagles" Squad was unfortunately soundly trounced today by a well trained and well equipped rival team.
The Eagles lineup was the following :
- Vanhoucke - Assault
- DacianWolf - Assault ( Tank/APC Driver )
- Nusume - Medic
- Toryin - Medic
- Tommy - Medic
- Skarbrand - Engineer
- Rhydian -Engineer
- Icebox - Recon
The enemy line-up involved 4 Engineers and 4 Assaults.
Here is are the end-round screenshots courtesy of the rival team :

Eagles tactic :
- Tank driver ( switch to APC or Humvees late in the game as vehicles are destroyed ) : DacianWolf
- Free-roam Sniper : Icebox
- Team 1 : Vanhoucke ( Assault ), Nusume ( Medic ), Skarbrand ( also free roam ) ( Enginner )
- Team 2 : Rhydian ( Engineer ), Toryin ( Medic ), Tommy ( Medic )

Team Report :
Unfortunately, the Eagles line-up, while sound on paper, was woefully inadequate for the situation on the ground.
The team's line-up was up for debate literally up until the last minute. The team itself never practiced together and the cohesion that naturally builds up over time was non-existent. Communications discipline was lacking.
The enemy however, displayed significant coordination. Comparison between the in-game nicknames in the screenshots and the team line-up ( found here :
http://www.wix.com/comandotactico/pt#!comando/vstc4=membros , navigation "Membros"->"Oficias" ) show that Eagles have in-fact met precisely the same people.
It is not unreasonable to assume that the Eagles have met a band of "8 amigos" that have been playing together in this line-up for a long while.
Additionally, the enemy was well equipped. Assaults fielded STG77s and SCAR-Ls and Engineers fielded MP5s.
The Eagles were quite simply outfought and outgunned.
However, I feel I should publicly congratulate both Nusume and Toryin for their performance. The end-game screenshots correctly reflect the effort they put into firefighting the enemy.

Lessons learned :
Besides those issues pertaining the Eagles themselves, there have been some conclusions that the NA Cup squad can use :
1) Elite weapons.
Elite weapons are needed. Period.
"Play for Free.Pay to Win". Simple as that.
2) Karkand is a 4-Engineer map/ Vehicles are not useful
Against an enemy whose members include 1 or 2 "vehicle specialists" with Vehicle Skills ( thus, diminished infantry-related skills ) and uses vehicles regularly, 4 Engineers are enough to repel any mechanized assault.
More than that, having a member or more specialized in vehicles, like I was, is actually a liability.
In their current incarnation, vehicles are quite simply, un-useful. Thin-skinned against sustained Engineer RPG volleys, loud, visible, easily tagged and with armament that is just barely adequate against infantry ( Tank requires a direct hit pretty much, Tank MG spread makes is medium-ranged weapon, APC 5-round burst inadequate to the furious and inevitably close-quarters combat of Karkand ), they are of low usefulness against infantry.
Yes, against enemy vehicles, both the Tank and APC are useful, but from the experience of the match, I would rate the anti-infantry usefulness of vehicles on Karkand quite low.
As such, I would discourage the use of the Tank/APC except in very particular set pieces, or as a tactical trump card to throw the enemy off-balance.
It should not, however, be a fixture of the battlefield, as I attempted to use them.
Additionally, I would discourage investing points in either vehicles or repair skills exactly because of what has been mentioned above.
3) Infiltration is key
8 men are too little to secure Karkand, as such, 1-man infiltrations are do-able and deadly. Armed with an MP5, enemy engineers regularly ripped through our positions by flanking us and hitting us from the rear.
4) Claymores and Motion Sensors effectively counter Infiltration
Our Sniper, Icebox, used motion sensors to provide us with details on enemy movements. When the Eagles did coordinate, using the info from the sensors resulting in significant, if temporary, victories.
Additionally, unlike Sharqi or Basra, Karkand is not known as a "Claymore map". As such, claymores can be used with great effect particularly against infiltrators.

Well, this is about it. I hope you learn from our experience.
You better!
