Couldn't tell you why it shows two accounts now, without knowing some more information. But, This other account that you are logged into, if it has Admin rights you can clear the password from the normal account you use.
Two ways to go about this, I'll give you the first one for free.
Right-click "Computer" -> Manage
Expand "Local Users and Groups"
click "Users"
On the user accoun you normally use, right-click -> "Set Password...", just leave it blank and hit OK.
