Just wondering if anyone has shot this caliber in either a hunting rifle or in a tactical rifle like the AR-10T?

I've heard of the Lapua round, but never fired it. From what I've heard it has good ballistics.

I've shot the .338 Lapua on a range day and it's so sweet at 1200m. My friend has fired it in the field and he says it's still sweet out to 1800m. I believe a British Sniper has a kill with it at around 2500m. Dunno about the .338 Federal though, what's the difference ?
