I've personally never played Minecraft, and likely never will. That said we should avoid from any behavior that might be construed as griefing. This will only continue to create animosity among the remaining members and the ones who left. Axx made many good points. We should continue forging the path we've created and let the 21st do the same for them.

You are missing out on an excellent game buddy. Minecraft is lots of fun especially in multiplayer. Don't let some internet drama deny you an excellent gaming experience.

The best games you haven't heard of yet, minecraft is a game that lags, glitches, has lots of bugs and bad graphics, but already one of the best games on the internet while it's still in alpha!

Nuff said i think, it's awesome cause you can do whatever you want whenever you want and there are no limits on what you'll do ( except maybe the highth limit )

Guys, I got on a server, and they said we could use it and they will build a special building area especially for us! It's coded great, like some blocks can't be broken if they specify it not to, like to protect your house. In the IP Box, just enter: rice-think.net
Then you'll connect.

EDIT #2: He set me as the admin for the 13meu group, so you'll have to be online when I am to be put into the group. Just PM me about it or ask me if we're both online xfire. Also, say thanks to seanmrice if you see him on the server

To get to the clan area, do "/warp 13meu" in-game. The area is protected, so only members of the 13th MEU group [and server admin] can fiddle with blocks. No building, destroying, or setting fire to anything by anyone not in the 13th MEU group in the specified area. Cool, right? (Random fact: seanmrice is a former Marine. xD)

New Minecraft update is out. In case it hasn't done so already our server will need to shut down and updated in order for us to connect again. Here is the change log:

General fixes:
* players and mobs in lava or fire no longer spam sound effects
* getting hit with a higher damage while recovering from a smaller one now works as intended
* lava flows further in the Nether
* zombie pigs eventually forgives
* added support for custom skin packs
* fixed duplicate buttons when resizing screens
* zombie pigs and ghasts no longer get hurt by fire or lava
* fixed volume sliders now saving properly

Multiplayer fixes:
* hellworld=true no longer overwrites old save chunks. Player positions will still break if you switch it on a running server, though
* boats are now visible to other players
* minecarts move nicer
* fishing kinda sorta works, but needs more work
* sheep and cows look like sheep and cows now
* buckets work now
* fixed stairs being really difficult to destroy
* increased the timeout before “Took too long to log in”
* made it possible to ride carts and boats
* added (after lots of work) the ability to steer server-side boats
* added “no-animals” setting. if true, animals will immediately vanish
* added support for more animation settings. Currently it’s just the “riding” animation, but the same system will be used for sneaking

To make a texture pack, make a zip file that contains the files you wish to replace, then place that zip file in the texture pack folder. There’s a handy button ingame to open that folder immediately.

If you place a “pack.png” file in the root of the zip file, it’ll show up as a preview icon. Please make sure it’s square, and of an even 2^x size. For example, 128x128 pixels.
If you place a “pack.txt” file in the root of the zip file, the first two lines will show up as a description for the texture pack.

btw i started my single player projects again, now i don't duplicate anymore but use lolediter to edit my inventory and change statuses of the game.

so expect to see amazing things in the next couple of weeks, i'll keep you guys up to date with the project using screenshots.

i still play in the F2P version, with my brother getting updates (idk where from, so don't ask if you haven't paid for the game) i've done some cool stuff, but i kinda got bored after awhile. just started to feel same old same old after awhile...
