Well, this is my first contribution ^^

"The objective"

I think that the first thing we need as a squad is an objective. Who wins the match in BF2? The team with more flags under control. So thats our first priority. The SL have to think and decide which is the flag with the better conditions to be captured. Every move must be precisely deliberated ( like in a chess game )
So we should forget about killing a lot of people and having a really high score. We are not hunters we are soldiers : P

The second priority is to keep us alive. The SL must always move to the safest positions so the rest of the squad could always respwan after an attack.

"Different Roles"

The SL need to lead his troops thinking in the different roles of each soldier.The squad must always follow the orders of the SL.One example,pls comment any other grouping you ocurre (ill add the new ideas):

-Capturing a flag:

2 assaults and 1 medic led by the SA try to capture a flag, while the SL stays in a safe position supporting for examen with the support kit and defended by with a medic ( or just staying hide) . 1 or 2 sniper are set in an apropiate position that the SL has decide to informe about the enemy moves, not really to kill enemys (so they will be really far from the combat).

"The briefing"

I found a really cool program to prepare our briefings. Maybe we dont need it for the practices, but it will help in matchs.
