| I will be wearing the cheese hat for a period as punishment for failure of my Et Tu Brute achievement attempt on some [13] members during our practice sessions of 20 April, 2010. You can not make achievement progress in a private match. In my own defense, the practice match had already registered a number of [13] vs [13] kills as our squads did battled before the chopper practice began, but a knife kill from a sneaky SOB from the back of your spawn is a little too personal. Apologies OK... With that business aside, let me say I think we had a great [13] practice. A number of members were able to practice their attack chopper skills. I still can't get a handle on the spiral strafe. Next time I will try switching the helo view to 3rd person as some have suggested. Next time I would be inclined to do the practice game on a Rush map. I would like to conduct some demolition experiments. For instance, I was able to achieve 50% MCom damage with fewer 6 than C4 charges + Extr Demo Damage. I would like to try 3 charges then 3 charges, or one charge at a a time until the MCom blows. The goal to figure out exactly how/if there is a quicker way than 6 + 4 C4 charges to take down the MCom. I'd also like to experiment on various buildings toward making a list of buildings and confirm what's required for a Destruction 2.0. We also must practice/try some ATV LYING just for the fun of it. Anyway Great Practice everyone. Let's do it again Thursday at least for a little while. BTW: We did have 8 [13] members on the same side in a game at one point and it was very powerful. Which leads me to a question. What should we do when [13] members get placed on the enemy team instead of with fellow squad members? Is it appropriate for the stranded [13] member to perform a SPY mission? So far let stranded [13] member will quit and try to join again, or we in the main body wait for an opening on the team to invite the stranded member. But given that the game caused the squad member to be placed on the enemy team instead of with the squad, is a SPY mission an appropriate tactic until there is room for the stranded [13] member to join the main body of squad members? |

| I believe that using spies in public ranked games is dishonorable. The other teams aren't organizations, they're just some guys out to have fun. When they see a [13] flying one of their choppers to us, they'll think, "cheaters". I want the enemy to think, "damn, how could we ever beat them?" not, "cheaters". So I consider spies to be a form of cheating in the instance you've laid out.
Now... if we had agents infiltrate a rival clan and spy during a game like that... that may be different. To my knowledge, though, we have no rival clans yet.
When we get a guy on the other team, it's their job to try to beat us and tell us how they're beating us later or what we did that worked. They shouldn't spy.
I love the cheese hat, it looks good on you.
As for practice, I don't know weather I liked it or not. I sort of wish we were just playing rush. I'm glad some folks got better at flying, I just hope that we can get practices organized and more productive. Then again, I left early. Maybe ya'll got it going better after I was gone? Playing against each other just for the sake of it sounds fun and like good practice, but I'd like to see that be seperate from mechanics trainings, mostly in Squad Rush or Squad DM.

Thanks. And yes, I know I look a little young to be playing the game. But hey, I'm a mature 3 year old. Thanks to all the classical music I heard while in the womb. Regarding the practice session being boring. Perhaps we can limit the practice time duration, then proceed into a real game. Also, it appears once the private match is started, members can drop out, with fewer than the original 8 required being able to continue on. This would allow members to leave the practice and start a game while others could remain to practice. |

| In that same thread. If we have a scheduled practice and only 5 or 6 show, find 2 or 3 other guys willing to start up the private server, then they just leave. |

| Yeah the spy mission is definitely unnecessary. |

| I've stumbled upon a glitch regarding the combat knife. While trying to break open a door, I saw an enemy behind it, so instead of crashing the door it stabbed the enemy thru the wall. Just an FYI, stay away from the walls. |
