Hey guys hope ur all good?

Lately i got 2 problems..
1'st My Origin "Cloud data" doesnt load.. I turned it off, but should be some way to sort it out?
2'nd Co-op doesnt work for me and Ryan when we try to join, tried quite some times now.. Anyone else got this problem or know how to sort it?
I tried restart relogg and turn off firewall etc..
