| Lately I have been finding myself having less and less fun on bad company 2 purely because of my internet connection. A little lag is fine with me, but every time I get on it seems like I am feeling people with bullets that don't hit them or reloading and then having to reload again because the first reload was just in my imagination. I know it can't be a problem on my side, because every other game I play runs smooth as silk, so my question to you all is, are you having any problems lately? I briefly spoke with fun and he confirmed he has been having fluctuations as well, but that may be merely a coincidence. Is EA getting flooded with people leaving Call of Duty? |

| LAG KILLS! It's the truth. What I have found that helps is installing Battlefield: Bad Company 2 on your Xbox's hard drive (sorry if you do not own one). It helps with load times on the DVD-DL and you'll notice that in clutch situation when you are dry on ammo, you can pick up another fallen soldier's kit and immediately use the weapons and gadgets (e.g. Defibrillators, Repair Tool... etc) EDIT: I quote from IGN.com. "On the Xbox 360 version, slow loading from the disc causes the player to be locked out for as much as five seconds from throwing grenades or using the knife when picking up a new weapon or changing kits (this issue went away when installing the game onto a hard drive)."http://xbox360.ign.com/articles/107/1072632p1.html -- bottom of article. |
