| Depends on the games you want to run on it  I had a bad experience with Acer once, on their top model, and I'm never buying one again. |

| same here buddy  I thought the stats of my Acer 7738G where good for gaming as well but it's been a letdown.. I'm just gonna build a desktop from now on.. |

My current setup is a (aged) Dell Precision M90. Kick *** when it was brand new, and it still performs good for a 5 year old laptop. But with the tablets that keep improving the need for a laptop will decrease (for me). When my studies are finished, I'll buy a new desktop. But laptops aren't necessary for me anymore. Most applications run on tablets too, and even the heavy duty software will go cloud one-day. I use Solidworks for CAD, and I heard they are working on a cloud version. So I'll go for tablet - desktop. |

| An excellent brand for laptops is lenovo.
Their service is second to none. People have had 2 dead pixels and lenovo have sent a tech out to replace the screen for free. |

| It will be fine for playing most games on medium-low graphics with no problem. If you thought you were gonna be able to play it with ultra high, that's crazy. But it should be able to play most games from low setting-medium/medium high settings without any serious problem. |

| Spino and I are extremely happy with our new MSI laptop. The thing is a beast and at a great price. I will still use my desktop PC though but the laptop is nice for gaming on the go. |
