Which release was your favorite and if you could, what would you bring into today?

I loved BF1942 and Vietnam, no laser guided technology to get your kills. Warfare at sea, big cannons, submarine, drivable carrier and battleships, torpedos, flying fortress, bombers and bomb runs, and of course the napalm. As the game rolled out there was less bombing and Land, Air, and Sea turned into just Land and Air combat.

I actually woudln't mind at all if they turned back the clocks for BF4 or at least bring back sea warfare and bombers,, oooohh stealth bombers would be nice!

It's also amazing how far graphics have come in 10 years and technolgy with playing 1942 on my big 17" box of a monitor and PIII 1Ghz PC with 512mb ram and a 32mb vid card with an 80gb hard drive.

Yep. Battlefield has definetley come an amazingly long way over the past ten years. From the sunny beaches of Wake Island to the snowy slopes of Alborz Mountains. I truly can't wait to see where they are in another 10 years!
