Looks like a very interesting map to me, not sure if it is going to be ground warfare only but I seriously hope there are jets.

Looks very interesting However, on all the pages I have read so far (about 1/3rd of the 60+ pages) none seem to follow the nomenclature of P4F maps. The nomenclature of BFH maps is that there will be 2 consecutive letters like Riverside Rush. Tropic Thunder seems to be the "best" name I've seen suggested but that would follow more along the lines as if it were a bfh map.

The nomenclature of P4F maps is that strictly just the area or region in which the map is supposed to take place is named after. So I suggested "Indochina"

I guess Indochina does sound better than mine. I went with an operation name. Ichi-Go which was based on the Japanese trying to take out American bomber bases in China.

At first from that picture, I thought Dragon Valley. Then from the video, it looked very much like a mission from BC2: with that path with rocks and foliage all around with a large hill on the right side; the only difference is that the modern base at the end of the path is replaced with an Asian base o.O

To me it looked like some vietnam jungle so i wanted to name after some vietnam place or name of operation from vietnam war but there was battlefield game with only vietnam maps with all those name
Then i choosed name Mekong. Saw those bridges in game and if there is river then i think that name would be good bcs it is river in Vietnam

You're right Bronx. Battlefield: Heroes is a two-consecutive letter system, such as Wicked Wake, while Battlefield: Play4Free is the name of the location, or when it is Battlefield 2 maps, just a shortened version of the name, such as Gulf of Oman into Oman.

Does anyone else notice it looks like the location from Operation: Aurora from Bad Company 2?

I haven't suggested but I'm still thinking.

Well indochina is a broad area for a small map--personally I do not think it will get picked. A name like "Basra" which is named after a city would be perfect for the name of a map.

Haven't play bad company 2, but if it is similiar it could be test to see who is loyal to them

Yeah, I think it looks quite similar to Operation Aurora, it has been suggested a couple times too. Just has a slightly different feel to it. Op Aurora looks daunting, it's essentially off a cliff, and I think that would be a very big advantage to the Home team.

And if you looked at the little description bit, it says its in Malaysia. (Malacca Strait - Look it up)

So, the map has been named Myanmar by Wref. The PTE website was up for a brief moment, some people got to update their client. They said that the Havoc hellfire bug fixes were in there with clothing inserts and also jungle camo inc. uniform.

So there is a lot to be expected in the upcoming months but for now, we await the arrival of Myanmar, the latest map of BFP4F.
