| I believe this is what the Weather Channel pinned it as--anyways a snowstorm piled 10 inches of snow in my area and I've been out of power since Tuesday night Anyone else been out of power or have just gotten it online recently or something similar? My power company seems to be the last to get power back to us always. |

I used some of it for... toilet water.... But really the power companies (or at least mine) could have had power restored to us a whole lot sooner, the snow started melting in the evening it piled in 10 inches. The roads were all clear that evening because it was like 55-60 degrees. And actually right now there's not much snow left--amazing we are just now getting power back here |

They get calls from everybody, I'm sure they're aware of the outages lol. When you do call them all they do is say "Thank you," but not "Sorry" or anything lol. Actually it wasn't too bad--read a few books, somewhat good sleep, etc. All I would really want from my normal, electric-filled life would be a hot shower. Though, it wouldn't even have to be hot, I just want to be clean...and it would be fine just for washing my face and head with. |
