Have somone pop them, etc. It will cool off after you mature. As a teen, your body produces more oils, as it is changing and what not. Products just mask it. But even with products, they will still show up and crap. But I promise, they will fade away when your body is done maturing!

Acne happens dude. Their are tons of products out their like ProActive which usually does help a lot. But it will eventually go away or at least die down a lot. When I was younger I use to get those big red ones that wouldnt pop, and if ya pick at them too much they will just tear the skin and scar bad. So if you can pop them, pop it. Aside from that though just be sure to wash yourself everyday.

Buit may not even be acne, I had a problem (diagnosed by a doctor) when I started using a jacuzzi that we never would use and their were all these red spots on my back and shoulders so I'm wondering if he's been in any of those type of things recently

check out that proactiv stuff i used it and it help out big time my step-daughter who is 20 now, when she was 15 to 18,she had real bad acne,i took her to a dermatologist.he prescribed a medicine with vitamen E in it.it was a cream.i also bought her pro-active,wich helped alot.your a teen, your body is producing tons of oil in your skin due to puberty.wash, wash, wash!with soaps made to get rid of oil in the skin.you should be washing your face 4 to 5 times a day.have your parents take you to a dermatoligist.they can prescribe stuff that will clear it up in a week or 2.try not to pick and poke the sores, that leads to scarring. An astrigent works well also,Witch Hazel helps a little, but go see a dr. |

I have to agree with Harry. DO NOT pick at them!! pro active is great product the biggest thing is washing with soap that gets rid of the oil. watch what you eat as well its surprising what foods produce oils that your body has to get rid of.

I agree with bilwardak about the food, you must have a balanced alimentation this means not eat too much chocolate, eat fruit (I personally hate fruit anyway...)and vegetables and eat both meat and fish !! don't worry too much about that, if you use creams too you won't have any problem whrn you get mature
