As a Clan we are lacking in discipline, as a Company even more.

1st Platoon I expect all of you To upgrade your behaviour especially. Broncos squad dont let me down on Behaviour.
I have heard some reports from the airshow...not good behavior. I know it wasnt just 1st platoon. WE have experienced problems with our behavior in the Clan match vs. KZ-0. I will Be setting up some sort of workshop or practice or training session for us, anyone will be welcome to attend. So if you know you can be a trouble maker turn your attitude around now. I'm not asking to kill fun, just a fix we need. This will help us in many areas of the clan. Dont let me down guys.

Joking around is acceptable to an extent but the airshow was out of hand. Perhaps we should listen to Bomber a bit more. He tried to keep it under control but mabye it was a lost cause (jk). C'mon guys, we can do better.

I have talked with budweiser911 a couple of times and every single time I have to hear the same thing about how we need to watch our language and be more disciplined.

Today in the practice I felt like I was in game with bunch of monkeys hopping around. Then protocol was called, and although it was not has fast has needed when first called, it became a law all fallowed once called. Good job guys. We went from monkeys to an organized killing machine =).

The first match we got organized and crushed the other forces. There was nothing they could do to stop us. We flanked, and took over vehicles to overpower them with brute force, and mental force. At first the enemy tanks where problem, nobody was anti tank. We changed the game plan and came back stronger then ever.

The 2nd map we at first all panicked and hopped to closest shiny vehicle we could get our hands on and took off to light house. We lost with crushing defeat, but we came back with an organized vengeance and made them sorry for even looking in our direction ( we showed pictures of bronx, eyes where bleeding... people screaming..... it was over kill).


Once organized we could not be stopped. We where close enough that sometimes squad 1 would mix with squad 2, but did not unbalance things and did great teamwork. When a squad 1 guy mistakenly hopped into my squad 2 jeep, they listened to my squad 2 commands and worked with me. That gets some praise all by itself.

Good job guys, we where a team, and others are now scared in fetal position.

Yes, I think kirby touched on that real precisely. Good Job to kirby! Without him our platoon would have been anihilated.

The Vent server definately helps but we need more people listening to it. It doesn't work too well if not everyone is in it.

yeah when we were organized we dominated. And Kirby, you're probalby a big part of that, you gave really good commands that we could all follow and got people where they needed to be. After I took over it wasn't as good but I think it was the map partly (hate CC). But definately get EVERYONE to listen to vent or else it's almost pointless.

People need to learn to appreciate that they have such a nice opportunity to be with friends and get servers from trusted allies! Stop taking all this for granted. Would you want people to be flaming in your server that you paid for, and borrowed. Just to see it violated?

Nobody listened to anybody, just boring when kiddies think shooting around and not listening to their leaders is fun.

Next time this must be WAY better. (Maybe punish those guys, we are a military clan )
