Can we input some logic in here? Obviously, if he is offering at least a 12 v 12, or if possible, more, then that means that they have enough players on their roster.

oh i think we have about 30 active members at the moment. but you know not all can always play at the time for the scrim.
i just checked and so far we have 13 attending and 3 on maybe. so i guess in the end we could get 16

That is actually perfect, as the Marauders have 16 personnel in the roster. Unfortunately, this includes inactive members as well, at the moment.

Well I think that a couple of the eagles will be on hand to help if needed.

You're misunderstanding Death. It is not due to the lack of training, but just rather who is going to attend.

hey, just one question. we said no attachments, so does that mean no sights aswell? (like M145, Holo or Red-Dot)

I think it's safer and simpler to have an absolute "no attachments" rule.

If the match is fun and challenging for both sides, then in future matches we can relax the restrictions, but for now, let's keep "no attachments" as it is.
