| In my honest opinion, DICE chose the wrong map to showcase it's game. We wanted a Battlefield kinda map, something that feels 100% Battlefield, Metro wasn't that |

| I would say something like Arica Harbor / Isla Inocentes on BC2. Battlefieldy maps are like big, but big for a reason and still good to play. Where there is a perfect mix of vehicle and infantry combat, mix between going in for the mcoms or staying back and sniping. That kind of feel |

| they should have put a bigger map. one that really showcases the capabilities of the frostbite engine and the use of planes and other vehicles |

| I think they didnt want to put vehicles in the beta. A big map needs vehicles |

| Oh boy, another post/poll about BF3 beta and how people feel about it. Gezzz.
Metro is ok, what it is or was good for is to show how infantry battles would be. I'd like to see what Metro is like on other game modes. |

| I thought metro was pretty cool. I liked how the map really felt like three separate smaller maps in one. I would have preferred a map with vehicles like everyone else but I just dont think they were ready for it in the Beta. I also like conquest more than rush but again just something else to look forward to.
The infantry combat is really well done and I think it plays to the strengths of groups like ours. The effectiveness of cover fire is cool, and being able to lay down in the prone is a welcome tactical improvement.
Its also nice that snipers now have to have bipods and hold their breath to keep a steady scope.
Anyway its just a beta and after my first taste of BF3, bad company just isnt going to cut it. Oh well two more weeks. |

| It's awesome although snipers are too overpowered SVD and Mk11 Are too strong and it's so hard to kill them especially when they camp Its a great map and metro part is best especially with 3 areas of entry |

| You're right the SVD and Mk11 do feel too powerful but it never seems to work out when I'm the one using them lol. The best thing you can do to counter snipers is to "spot" them for your team to take them out and the little red thing is a handy aim point. |

if you would play a beta on PC you could taste a big map with all vehicles and i tell you that everything looks and works perfect of course beta was full of bugs but anyway it was a pleasure to be a tester now BF3 pre-ordered and 2 more weeks for full game - cant wait |

The semi auto rifle? Does it kill with a head shot? Otherwise I dont have a problem with it. I just move a lot and they fire wildly missing me |

| Well, I think any of the semi-auto snipers are way too over powered. When it takes 2 shots from a single shot sniper and a semi-auto for the same kill, that's way too overpowered. At least make the semis have way more recoil. Think, if you fired 2 consecutive sniper bullets back to back you'd be almost aiming at the sky, unless you had a bi-pod, but even with a bipod, you'd be way above where they really are. |

| I think the semi already has alot of recoil. Cant remember for sure. Maybe lower the rate of fire or maybe lower its power a bit |

| I just want the weapons to have some semblance with reality. If they tried to base it on how the actual gun performs then thats all I need. |
