Ok, so first of all, this was a hard decision. Very hard. Bronx and I had a few long discussions/debates on who we thought should get the position, and honestly, all four applicants were almost equally qualified. Thanks for making it tough!

Endrane - GREAT app. I think you filled it out the best. Very informative, professional, and impressive! However, since you already have command in a BF2 squad, it made the decision difficult. We took this into great consideration, but you are also a great player in BFH and a great, active member in the 13th MEU, so that was also considered!

Aron - Awesome job filling out the application. This showed me the leadership potential that you have. I am happy to see promotions coming your way. You are a skilled player, great leader, and great soldier in-game. Keep up the good work!

NukedU - You are also just AWESOME. You have been helping tons with things around here and I love to see that. You are very skilled with computers, which is a big plus, and you are a great player! You also have tons of previous experience which qualified you and really made you stand out.

Chichagnook - You have shown that you really want to be a leader in this company. Not only have you done an excellent job taking charge of your squad, but you have also been very active very often. I always catch you on x-fire when you're in game, which is good. After all, this is a gaming clan! I like that most people like you and you get along well with others. I see a lot of leadership potential in you and would like to see that potential realized.

So after MUCH debate and deliberation, the following has been decided:

I, GySgt Virxants, herby promote CHICHAGANOOK to the position of PLATOON SERGEANT in 1st Platoon!

As, the new Platoon Sergeant (PS), Chichaganook will hereby be second in charge in the Chain of Command for the 3 Squads in 1st Platoon/Bravo Company.

To Squad Staff (Squad Leaders and Assistants): Chichaganook will be the person you take up issues and suggestions to when I am away for any reason, or if you are just looking to talk to someone with some influence on the enlisted side.
