so i've noticed just about everything that we do in bfp4f is 8vs8 so i propose
to making squads 8 person max


why?
first there would be more unity and teamwork we would get to know are team members better then before
second we would have set teams for scrims and cups etc
third we it would take off stress on sl and sa (not that they cant do it , there awesome really)by having leaders for each team report to the sl or sa inside of squads
fourth more one on one leadership and training


please give me feed back

Maybe instead of calling them other squads SL will make fire teams

The problem with setting 8 man teams or squads what ever is that not all 8 people get on at the same time or days. so we would prolly just have like 4 man teams at a time unless it was schedualed and all. But good idea.

So let me get this straight?
You are suggesting we have a Squad of 10men
1-SL
2-SA
That leaves 8 SMs so I am guessin your suggestin of puttin them into fireteams of 4. I think the 13th did this before? I read an old forumn where they used to have FLs incharge of the Fireteams. But who knows its up to the Staff to decide.
