Its official Sony have begun the final testing stage and a select group of customers are testing the "new" and "improved" network mainframe. We can finally turn on our Playstation knowing we wont get the disappointing message "server under maintenance". There was this: http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2011-05-09/sony-s-playstation-qriocity-services-remain-shut-uncertain-on-restart.html which, acording to bloomberg, would mean May 31 is the date. However, I found this: http://venturebeat.com/2011/05/09/bad-information-spreading-on-playstation-networks-return-date-nothing-new-folks/ and they say they spoke to Patrick Seybold (Sony's US spokeman) and 31 date is wrong, but they kinda suggest it could be sooner (atleast on the article).

So basically... who knows when it will be back again lol

@Eduardo: yeah, I get that too,but the network is being put up in stages, and even if they say that your region has been restored, it takes a bit to populate the servers, so you still might have to wait. Patience comrade
