Well, I don't know anything about any new update. But you can try to register in PTE, maybe you can find something there.

I'm guessing the next build. Be careful and don't rush to 20, there's EXP bugs present atm and it will reset you to level 19 w/ no EXP.

@Kubrten, good find, didn't realize there was an ability for Medic's to see friendly and enemy health levels* ^^

EDIT:
It's just a poncy triangle that doesn't make much sense to me and doesn't point it out clearly enough.

Is it true that if you don't redeem your skillpoints that you have an extra one? Because I haven't refreshed it and I'm level 19 on my engineer. I have like 12 points in equipment training and like 7 in combat training. How can it add up to 19 though? Shouldn't it be 1 less?

My enginer is lvl 12 and it has 12 points; my recon is lvl 7 and has 7 points. I think its normal.

My advise, DON'T PLAY MEDIC!
if u do not consider important to see who is critical injured and need asap assistance then stick to assault/engi/recon...
its pretty vital to see who to heal first and which enemy to kill if u have to chose.

@Bronx there is a bug, when u lose exp and level resets, u still get the training point, so thats why u people with more then 19 points at lvl 20. imo there should be a char wipe before release or some fix

Hmm, I have lvl 2 on my recon and 1 skillpoint, but I've never redeemed points.
Maybe another bug?

Maybe the bug was on the closed beta client? Becouse I did spend most of my skill points.

I spent all my skill point, been lvl 20 for a while on my assult and I have 22 points spent. 12 and 10 respectively. I hit 20 like 3 times, each time I got another skill point. Not sure what is up but all my skill points are kept.

In other words, my hacks are working :-)

Kubrten: I only started noticing it when I was like level 8.

And widghet: You mean to tell me you could possibly gain every single skill?!?! :O

No because I havn't gained any exp for like a week now. but I got the 22 points still so I'm not complaining. LOL
