Hey everyone.

With baseball season quickly approaching I was wondering how many of you would want to participate a fantasy baseball draft. Opening Day isn't until March 31st but I'm just trying to gauge interest in this.

I'm a big fantasy sports player, but this wouldn't be for money or anything. Just a fun league.

I'm trying to make a 10 or 12 player league to make things competitive. No particular site has been chosen yet but I'm thinking either Yahoo or ESPN.

I'm interested lol . I've only had experience with ESPN though, so not sure how different Yahoo is.

Ok, so far a little bit of interest.

I'm fine doing either one of those sites since I've done both of them before. If there's a consensus about what site to use, we'll go with the majority.

Id love to join, I did this with some buddies back in Grade 8, it was tons of fun.

I know nothing about Baseball but I'll give this a go if you don't have enough players!

My team would consist of naked chicks with baseballs .___. and add alot of imagination to it :3

Is baseball the same as cricket or a differnet sport

as you guys call football soccor?

It's not the same as in soccer/futbol but its almost the same as in gameplay.

Its sorta like cricket but there are boundaries as to where the ball can go and there are 4 bases not just there and back like cricket.

Closing in on 10 players, 7 players have committed including myself.

I'm glad this is definitely getting attention

Ok guys.

I started the league on Yahoo. Maximum is 10 teams. Right now I've got the draft scheduled on Saturday, March 19th at 9:30pm EST.

Let me know if there are problems with this date, time, or whether or not you can use Yahoo.

Also, if/when you get a Yahoo email, please either PM me the email or reply to this thread so I can send you an invite to the league.
