Hey guys,

It's been a month since the whole 'incident' went down. I thank all of you who've forgotten it or have tried to. Well, while we've been forgetting it, we've also been working harder than ever. The staff here has had long days, no-sleep nights, and a few overnight shifts on the weekend.

We personally set a deadline for which we would complete all of the major components needed for this Initiative at March 1st, which is today. We have seen tremendous change in the clan; I would definitely say we are more organized and more secure in our operations.

This is just the first wave of new measures to come. There will be more and more things coming, but March 1st just covers a few things:


New Application format - Hopefully it will make it easier on the recruits and easier on the Staff workers that take care of them.

New Boot Camp Process - Updated, this should, as said above, definitely make it for new recruits who go through Boot Camp and for the Staff workers to process it. I encourage all of you to re-read the Boot Camp Manual to get a better understanding of how we should work.

New Rank System - This is also simplified; you can get a better understanding in the Boot Camp Manual.



Those are some of the Administrative assignments we've tackled. I want to talk a little bit about some new positions of our members and possible positions you may be interested in.


We have a new Executive Officer (co-leader) for the clan. I am proud to announce that Endrane will be undergoing this new Billet.

With our Logisitics Combat Element in place, I am proud to announce that Spino Prime will be our first Full-Time Staff worker for this unit. Specifically, he will be working mostly in the Network Maintenance Department.

Before, we asked about interest in a few positions including the Drill Instructor, News Reporter, and a few other positions. We should be able to get these positions out there more.

Also, we should be bringing back the Promotion Topics back; we'll give more detail on it soon. There will be a lot of big promotions coming up.

Remember, this is just one and the first of many Initiatives we are taking to better improve the clan for its membership, its community, and its staff.

Never knew about Spino's position, but it sounds important so seems fitting Spino should get it.
