Below you will find the summarized points that were discussed at the squad staff meeting recently. Please bear in mind that many of these items will be implemented immediately and some will be soon. Some of the discussion pertains to the (360) squads as they practice with each other the most.
.) FT leaders appointed to lead flexible fireteams, provides a group of people available to lead if and when needed.
.) FT are responsible for a set MCOMM, either Alpha or Bravo. Skirmish team is to deploy tactics to disrupt enemy activity.
a.) This system is flexible and liable to change in various matches.
.) No more vindictive tag hunting. (ie: forgoing the rest of the match just to stab someone because the upset you or got your tags)
.) Camping in the opponents spawn with no purpose other than to kill the enemy within their spawn, thereby depriving them of the ability to mount an attack will no longer be tolerated.
.) Recruiting contest to start soon. I will provide a $20.00 prize to the winning squad leader, who they can then give to whoever they feel is the most earning. This is open to all BC2 players who bring in new members during the contest time period who join and take the test.
.) 2-3 TI's per class, ideally the best individuals that operate each class (tank, chopper, fireteam) will be the TI's. They will then converse to redefine the training material and make changes. Then teach the new classes. This way we have the best players at various classes teaching. Similar to what the Army did for pilots in WWII.
.) Clan battles and scrimmages will be handled by one person in the clan (Primalfury97). All correspondence will be directed through him, and he will liason with the other clan.
.) Clan battles and scrimmages will be no rules, so as to avoid confusion.
.) Clan practices will be held at full tilt, full boogey, just like we play. Discussion based walkthroughs will be planned in advance so as to avoid confusion.
.) Players while playing together will be asked to stay together (no jumping sides or turncoating). If players are needed on the other side to balance the sides. The leading player will determine who leaves. Note: the leader is not to jump sides. Note: when asked the players jumping sides should return without question.
.) There are no set fireteams. Leaders were chosen to provide a group of potential leaders to lead, so others would not tire of leading all the time.
.) Revive the tactics thread an spread word on any tactics you see that are effective. ***We need to play catch up on this one***
.) Recruit, Recruit, Recruit!!! We need to bust our butts to bring in a slew of good quality members.
.) While bringing friends to 13 events and practices is awesome, if their spot is needed to bring in a fellow 13 member, please leave the party with your friend to allow room for the members.
