| http://blogs.battlefield.ea.com/The rumor mill is saying to expect the VIP Map Pack 7 to release next week. The reason? The release was said to be planned for the week after the Harvest Day story. The Harvest Day story was to happen next week, but it's happening tomorrow. Given all of the problems with XBLive, they must be loading and testing the software upgrades. Hopefully they will officially announce the release with the Harvest Day story, as was also promised. (fingers crossed) |

| Ah I wasn't aware that harvest day was the name of a map. Thought you were making an allusion to thanksgiving. |

| Buy the way... while I enjoyed the Black OPs solo campaign and will probably play it again, the multiplayer maps are just run and gun FPS style gaming. Sure there are many different ways to play, but so far I have not heard anyone working as a team. Not really sure how the spawning works, maybe it's possible to spawn near another player by using the bumpers to cycle thru player who are still alive. While I have gotten the MP5K set up pretty well, the more advanced weapons are very powerful, especially at a distance with reflex sights. Basically your players with higher ranks are running around with the best weapons in the game. Although the MP5K when set up with the right Perks and upgrades is pretty decent in a gun fight up close. Why in the world they would not let high fire rate and extended mags work together is beyond me. But I digress further still.  I'm looking forward to the new BC2 maps. |

| Hopefully the maps come out today or tomorrow because from Wednesday to Sunday I will be without my console due to thanksgiving break |

| I cannot wait for harvest day
I had BC and it will be nice to revisit some of my favourite maps again
