| I made a new account on xbox.com but when i go to my xbox and try to recover my gamertag, it loads for bout 5 seconds then this mesage comes up saying: The game coulden't star. Try downloading the game again.
Any sugestions for help. |

| If you get no response within a day or so (Bumping never hurts  ) Send an email to the xbox support team. |
