Just figured out anyone getting the error message (80023017) when they click to reset password after trying to log in to your PSN account this is the reason.

So that's u I was the only one online
I logged out couldn't log in it says my pass was incorrect and I thought I'd been hacked by a tissue paper they didn't tell me and I just emailed custemer support

If you don't want to know when the PSN is going to go down for maintenance, you should follow the Playstation Blog ( http://blog.us.playstation.com/ ) or the Playstation Twitter page: http://twitter.com/Playstation
They always post when downtime for maintenance is going to happen at least 3 days or so in advance.

Also if you want to know why the maintenance occurred. Sony made a few changes to the service. First was the addition of a report function to report spammers, cheaters, or griefers. They also allowed the download of the netflix application for Canadian users (and US next month).
