A group of friends I know that are avid Halo players are sending Halo 3 out with a bang. They are trying to play some of the longest custom game matches in Halo 3 history and they are trying to keep the game going till Reach is released at midnight. They've restarted the matches about 5 times and they are currently at a score in the 6000s so if you want to help then just message my gamertag for an invite (or join session). The lobby has plenty of open spots and we need more people to keep the game going.

Sad update:


They are no longer going on the custom game. BUT they did play one game for a total of 23 hours and got over 10000 points, reaching (and passing) their current goal of 7777 and in all they were playing and switching custom games (keeping the lobby going) for over 36 hours straight.

I have a little less than 3 hours wait. I'll head over to my local GS around 11:30. I know there will be a line, but I'm all paid up.

I don't know if I will get online in HALO: Reach tonight or not. Definitely tomorrow night, if the Banshees want to have their 1st practice.
