[13] member and Apaches Squad Leader Brano has changed his [13] user name to match his XBL GT: Victuals

At first I thought it was Brano>Victual, then I realized they were the same person.

Now it makes sense.

It requires use of the admin account to make a name change. I am only making name changes for members whose [13] username does not match their Game Tag and they would like them to match. Such a change is allowed and even encouraged because it helps promote less confusion for maintaining friend lists.

[13] has not offered name changes for other reasons to avoid the burden placed on those with admin account access.
