Ok the tactics practice was a complete failure. No organization and no one listening. If this is what you guys want to do while having a serious clan practice then we mine as well pub stomp all day and get laughed at by other clans because we are not going to stand a chance against anyone. If you guys want to start getting serious and stand a chance in a clan match then we need to get the ball rolling on some things.

1. Each squad needs to pick a nation and stick with it.

2. Each person needs to pick one character that is going to be your "main." This character should become your primary concern in terms of leveling and being at practice. We don't need 8 commandos. We need to stratecigally choose who plays what class and we need to get those characters leveled as high as possible as quickly as possible.

3. We need to start leveling together. We should find a day (preferably more than one) that most if not all members can be on. During this time we will all be on our main characters and join the same server. We need to start getting our characters in the 20's and up. If we fight together we will level faster and learn each others playing styles at the same time.

4. We need to start getting some tactics going. We need some volunteers that can dedicate their time to finding certain lines and points that we can use to our advantage. We also need someone to get all the maps and start naming stuff. Every major area in every map should have a certain name that everyone recognizes and is able to know without thinking. It doesn't have to be complicated, in fact it should be as easy as possible.

This is what I can think of right now but we need to start taking things more serious if we want to be a competitive clan. I'm not tryin to ruin the fun but when you guys are all playing a game in an unranked server we could just as easily be playing together and getting our characters higher levels. As of now I don't think we have enough high level characters to compete so getting our mains to a competitive level should be our main concern. If we can start leveling and getting some strategic juices flowing I feel that we can become a very competitive and feared clan. Until then I don't see us going in the direction this clan should be.

So... lets get our S*** together, start kicking other clans asses, and having some fun together.

I was just ticked at how awful the practice today went so I am just getting this out while I have the motivation and anger to say what I feel.

And I just checked your topic and like it though I feel we need to give a few people strict responsibilities on finding certain strategies. Maybe give them a special title or something. You seem like a prime candidate for this.

Yeah i agree with shiz. It was a epic fail. Like freakin arond restarts from a nade. Them he quit. I just wound up leaving cuz no one was doing anything.

I might add on a new tactic...a very well known one that is.

This is a VERY team based tactic you need complete cooperation with YOUR ENTIRE team for it to work.

Ya... for w/e reason noone listened to ym taactic Padd posted one and has it being a big success even though mine is basic if you EVFEER watch one of our server raids we usually are sending 2-3 person groups rushing into a nat base that has 5-6 in there so maybe being safe and letting them come to us would be a GOOD idea.
