OK, well I was finally happy that Starcraft II came out. I really wanted to play it. But now the trouble is, my brother got it. And he's not letting me play even once on it! OR even look while he is playing. And my mom, since we already have one copy of it, doesn't want to buy, or for me to buy, a new copy of it so I can play! She says I should play on my brother's copy. My brother doesn't let me touch it! ARG! Can someone tell me if the game's any good? I really want to hear about it. And I just posted this also because I'm angry.

My friend got it, I went over to play. But I was disappointed because the computer doesn't have a good enough graphics card so it was so laggy. It is exactly like Starcraft and I was like, sickkkkkk. The strategies and everything are the same the new upgrades were the fact that it was 3d and more units.
Yea, I'm one of the few who actually knew Starcraft.

Yes, it is awesome. I loved the campaign, and can't wait for the next stuff. Multi is fun, I'm not much for melee though, but the custom games are already good, and its only been out for a little while. 10/10.

Lol I hated melee in Starcraft as well. I mean come on 7v1, you have to be God or cheating to do it.

My friend and I were laughing out asses off. Because we were saying how Starcraft wasn't even popular with the US, like 99% of it didn't even know StarCraft existed. Now that StarCraft 2 came out, its the new rave. So we were laughing at how we'll own every new fan boy that all of a sudden "loves" Starcraft 2 while they didn't know StarCraft existed. Did I tell you I've been playing since I was 8?

My brother was a old starcraft fan, without cheating, he could beat all other 7 opponents.
I remember his friends coming over to have Starcraft I LAN Melee Parties. Wow. I was just glad they brought chips. (Jk.) I did like Starcraft I.
Now they are going to start doing Starcraft II LAN melee fights. I wonder how that's gonna roll.
I liked Starcraft a lot, I still do, too bad I won't be able to play it unless I talk my mom into letting me buy myself a copy of Starcraft II. My brother is so selfish.

My brother was a Starcraft I fan. He and his friends were BIG fans.
I remember him getting Starcraft I battle chests for his friends' birthdays.
We still have like 3 Starcraft I battle chests left over.

Did anyone who was a REAL Starcraft series fan get the Starcraft I battle chest?

Btw, Hoang, Starcraft I was 3D too, just worse quality.
My brother and I are amazed how good the graphics where for a OLD game.

Lol wtf? Starcraft is Isometric not 3D, Battlechest was just StarCraft and Broodwars. Wasn't "cool" or "fun" or anything. I'm beginning to believe you're one of the new fanboys too.

That's not what I meant. It looked 3D, like it wasn't completely 2D on the ground, i guess you can call it isometric. True.
and you have to admit the graphics where great for a PC game at it's time.
Problem was the resolution didn't fit right on to many computers in modern day...

The Brood War edition to Starcraft made the game a lot better though.
If you want to have a big fan fight about Starcraft I, I will bring my brother, he knows a hell a lot more than I do, lol.
