Found some interesting stuff earlier today, and thought I'd share it with you guys.
Showing the stealth side of things, this gameplay shows the crossbow, rappelling, and the silenced AUG we've all seen (hopefully).
Welcome.

Treyarch <3
I hope Activision realizes we don't want anything but this...

Whoever voted the third option and isn't referring to Infinity Ward and MW2 is an ***.

Sawwy :/
JK, looks great, I put still thinking because I will try and get it for the PC, hoping it'll run smoothly on it. BC2 required like twice as much in the specs department as did MW2.

Or he's somebody with an opinion that he's gained from being disappointed by the Call of Duty series in general several times in a row. I harbor no love for Infinity Ward, Treyarch or most of all the publisher of it all, Activision and I'm not going to place my faith and eventual $70 on another installment of a series of I've grown to loathe.
Why would you even give me the option to state my opinion if you're going to call me out on it and call me an ***? Even indirectly, it's still a D*** move.

Seven times in a row?
I can see people not liking the newer installments, but what did you expect from the originals that made you hate them so much?
And I gave the option just to see who would vote for it because the fanboy inside of me has an angry and biased opinion about everything...

Black Ops on the PC is going to have dedicated servers, as well.

Welcome.
I loved the press conference demo, but this shows the stealth factor, which I like a lot more than bum rushing into a base to steal a helicopter.

"Several". Not seven. I didn't like the originals very much either though. Compared to other World War II FPS's they were just a generic, shallow, one man army fest, as are the newer ones. Brothers in Arms and Medal of Honor were my favourites.
Sucks that Medal of Honor has been ruined as well.
...I have a feeling I won't like the "Future of Gaming" at all.

The new Medal of Honor doesn't look very good at all...
Just looks like DICE smashed Call of Duty and Battlefield together and told us to F*** off.
Sorry for being a D***, and welcome back as well.

I don't think the new Medal of Honor looks bad at all. In fact, I've been anxiously waiting for it to come out for a while now.
Maybe it's just because I'm a big history buff so that's why I liked the WWII settings for the older COD's and MOH's..but I'm glad they're getting into the modern versions of warfare.
The new MOH does have similarities to MW but I'm sure it will have significant differences. No matter what I'm going to try and get Black Ops and MOH this fall.

Treyarch better live up to everyone's expectations. I believe they can

Yeah, it's cool. I've got a few games I'd go fan-boy over as well . Just don't go paying no $150 for Black Ops and we're fine.
Also, thanks for the welcome back.

MoH.. In the state it's in now if it were the full game it would be a waste. But that's what betas are for I guess. But this is a Black Ops thread not MoH

I almost wanted to buy a $50 controller made for Black Ops, then I saw it was being made by Mad Catz.

Not getting it.
I loved the first call of duty(witch was still a WOII game) but from the moment it went to modern warfare i quited the series.
though my friend bought me MW2 I did play it for a while, but then i stopped playing after 1month.
my story, and don't rage on me MW2 fans, it's just my opinion.

MW2 was okay for a couple of months... then it went to S*** when more and more noobs came.
Noob tubing, commando knifing, people who hacked lobbies, it all went to hell.
And Black Ops isn't modern, if you're referring to that was modern as well.
I still find MW2 fun with friends in private matches, but otherwise it's still frustrating and annoying.
(Even though when I play with Aron he still gets angry and tries to noob tube me... and continues to lose)

oh my god.....you just summed up my frustrations....I went to skidrow for an all knife kill only rounds, since I'm level 20 none of my perks were pro....Marathon, Lightweight and Ninja. I'm on my 8th kill streak then some noob with mando runs in and I get caught from a debris on the ground. He just lunges out of no where, no more kill streak. Then I retry only to have the ENTIRE enemy team noob tube, even high prestige guys. Then the hacked lobbies are okay because it just shames those guys more when they die to some non-prestige noob while being highest. xD.

There are countless times that Aron says something like "Oh come on let's do an all knife round..." and I'm just kind of laughing while I shoot him in the face with my FAL...
He also deems any gun I use "nooby", including the FAL. (I don't use a modded controller, either)

Despite all these setbacks (and occasional rage quits)..I still find the game enjoyable. Sure, I've run into my fair share of hacks and cheats but that is true for pretty much any type of game you play.
Honestly, most of my deaths were due to just inexperience. Most of the time when you get shot..you've just got to deal with it. Learn better tactics (i.e. joining a reputable clan like the Fighting 13th), learn cooperation and tasks.
This is why I really want to play with people I at least know. To coordinate my efforts in MP so that I can gain a better knowledge of the playing field and learn new things and ultimately..get better.

i might have to buy it just for that level.
also, if the multiplayer is like MW2 w/o noob tubes, pain killer, mando pro, hacks, ect, then i am hooked
