You have to pre-order the game to get a code to download it.

This thread filled my heart with happiness until I saw these words. Now it's a gnawing pit of despair. Why must they hate me so, why must they make me wait ? I've lead a decent enough life, given to the poor of both my time and money and yet I still have to wait longer than the PC players. I think it's deliberate, someone at EA has looked at all the whining from XBox 360 players about Bad Company 2 and decided to punish us.
