I agree... However, we have a few priorities to balance regarding the use of our practice time.
We need to clean up out team/squad command and control. (communications and execution) Especially when we have 8+ [13] members in a game.
We need to develop our Fire Team tactics which we can instinctually execute when ordered by the team/squad/FT leader.
In the next day or so, I will cannibalize some of the Spiralus tactics threads to create a Fire Team Tactics Manual thread. Members can then add comment and we can adjust/expand the FT manual. We will then make an effort to make sure ALL active members not only understand the FT Mission Tactics but we might offer merit awards for demonstrating proficiency in the FT Mission Tactics.
Also, I am working on some clan vs clan challenge matches for our practice nights. I have posted a thread on this subject so stay tuned for announcements.
Back to your original thought. I kinda know who the BEST [13] BC2 players, and I know I'm only average. We really only need to look at SPM, K/D ration and Game Rank versus time played, and you can see who the best individual players are. HOWEVER, the best players don't win games, otherwise why would we all be here? Sound team/squad tactics and execution wins games.
Let's focus on refining our command and control and expanding out tactics, so we don't go haywire when we find ourselves up against an organized enemy. I know it's gonna feel like a grind, but the investment will pay off.
