I went to Can You Run It to just test something out and all my other specs passes except for my OS. The requirements for the game were that you had to have Win 2000/XP. I have Windows 7. If a game's requirements for it were Windows 2000 or XP would it still work with Windows 7?

Yes it would probably still work with win 7. In the rare case that it won't you can run the game in windows xp/2000/any windows version compatibility mode.
