It'll start but running might be a problem for it. Maybe a slow jog or a nice walk perhaps. Even on the lowest settings i'm thinking that VC is going to give you trouble.

Hey guys, I might be able to run bc2 on this comp. Its actually my bro's comp but im on it now.

It has 4 gigs of RAM
350 Gigs of space
duo 2.1 ghz processor
the vid card shud be alright

Yes integrated GPU on a laptop is not for gaming on. So no need to waste your money on the game if you wont be able to play it.
