By using the awesome *Spiralus provided* Battlefield Badass site, you can see the stats of any player you know, on any system. So I'd like to utilise this, if everyone can, now and again, post their current stats up, squad members and squad staff are given more of an idea of where your strengths lie.

"Standard Stats"

First of all, its damn easy to criticise someone because of their rank, but by no means does this determine how good a player is (see this for confirmation that anyone can be an absolute psycho.) there are obviously some advantages that come with higher ranks, like sights and upgrades, but don't take rank for granted.
Secondly, take a look at the highlighted k/d ratio, this can tell you if someone is a liability, or is less of a squad player than others, or if someone is a crazy asset you're going to want to keep on the field.


"Class Specific Stats"


Take a look at each class, see which classes someone uses more of less often, play to their advantages when you designate them roles within the team. In my case, combine the highlighted recon points and the k/d ratio, and you can get the picture of one of those mile-away snipers with a 12x scope and a bad mortar habit.
Now, look to see whether they have a primary class (Recon) and a secondary class (Assault) factor this into your decision.
Squad Points are a clear signpost of a lone wolf or an every squad's a party kind of player. Medics and Ammo Assault guys will usually have the highest Squad Points, make sure you dont put them all together.


"Win/Loss Stats"

They look boring, but really they are essential, nevermind the actual w/l ratio, look at whether a player is better at attacking or defending, combine this with your information about primary and secondary classes and you'll have a winner.


Most importantly, both SMs and Squad Staff should keep each other up to date about what they're doing in-game, maybe you've suddenly found that you can rock your socks off with your new LMG, or that you've crashed too many quads recently to be the guy on point during a vehicle offensive. COMMUNICATION is always going to be your most effective weapon.

Same thing happened to me. I was playing Recon and had a ridiculous K/D but wanted to unlock all the other classes. K/D really isn't important in the game though so it doesn't matter to me.

Not the best K/D but a decent W/L. I have a better record as a defender than attacker.

I have about half the points other players with same amount of game time. But hey, I'm getting better. Playing random games, if I wasn't on a decent team, I went lone wolf.

I've unlocked all the kits. I don't really have a favorite class. But I kinda like tanks as a gunner or driver. 6 gold stars so far on the T90, 4 on the Bradley I think.

My K/D sucks, I know. I rush a lot of objectives. It's been gradually rising since I got the game. I know one weakness is that I play too much with randoms. You can tell by my games played, I rage quit A LOT when my random teammates are all snipers or no one but me is going for the objectives.
I think that's the biggest problem with my K/D. I will continue to go for MCOM plants when everyone else on the team has given up and switched to recon. Oh well, at least my win/loss is positive.
Look at my "Other points" though. Where do they come from!?
