Hey, so I have Arma 3 Alpha Lite but it won't work properly since I get 7 fps on it. Sure my computer is crap so I want to turn down the Video settings, but because I run it on Win8 I CTD. I looked this up and it seems others have the same problems, and also with getting gear from bodies. Anyone else having this problem and anyone know a way to solve it?

Perhaps there is a way to do it from the files?

edit: ok I think I found out how.

go to disk C/Users/User/My Docs/Arma 3 Alpha Elite

then look for a cfg file called Arma3AlphaElite

Open with notepad and copy and replace those settings with mine then click save:

Multiplayer is fun, I was with a bunch of random guys with mics on Wasteland with everyone actually working together and rolling in a large convoy, fun day.

Call me a big noob but how do you mic up?

if you have a mic on your computer than you can use your voice over net hotkey which by default i'm pretty sure is this thing lol: \

Well the mic button is Caps Lock by default but you have to set your headset as the default Playback device from the Control Panel before opening ARMA III. If that doesn't work, maybe check the audio settings within ARMA III itself or something
