It's not that bad considering the maps and amount of planes. On the ground, there are groups of armored cars battling with enemy armored cars and artillery, so it kinda gives a feeling of being in a full-scale war. I really like that they added that

I'm starting to appreciate the game's ingame graphics a lot more, although the user interface needs some work. It's going to be updated, though. As stated on their roadmap, they're going to add a clan interface along with control over ground vehicles and battleships along with all the other normal stuff. Sounds like a pleasant future ahead for them if they follow the roadmap.

Does anyone know if you can actually fully blackout from g overload, or do you always recover? My spitfire has saved me many times with huge g overloads

I don't think you can fully black out, at least not in Arcade Mode since I've pulled 11G lol. I don't think blacking out would be the problem in Historic and Full Real Battles. It would more likely be aircraft stress leading to it disintegrating in mid-air. For instance, I may have brought down my landing gear at 400 knots in a Wellington and the front left and rear snapped off xD

Same 'ere. I run it on Super Low reasonably, but if they start messing with it I won't be able to play it either :'(

I think they're just adding optional effects and the varying the cloud rendering height. I'm pretty sure it takes less graphics rendering power to render clouds, so if anything, it should increase frames.

So anyone still actively playing this?
