Pac, ganstarr, Krs-one,atribecalledquest and others said everything(important ,intelligent messages for the people) that is to b said in english rap, well over 15 years ago. Curse and a few others said everything that is to b said in german Rap over 10 years ago. In france it was Jazz liberatorz and many others a while back.
