I wanted the Rams to win >_< that woulda been an easy game, kind of like a warm up. And with Pierre Thomas out again, we may be in trouble, cuz that leaves Reggie as our only running back, and he hasn't been performing well lately...aww well...have to see how it goes...

Well, Bears have a bye week. Who they play next depends on who wins the Seahawks vs Saints game, right?

Saints still have Reggie Bush and Julis Jones as RBs. Not the best to run between the tackles but they will have to do.

Falcons were a thorn in our side (actually more like a bullet in our ***) during the regular season. I'll give you this, they lasted longer than us during the regular season. But 45-21 on home field against the Packers...Falcons really should have won, or at least lost by a way closer margin

Well, that doesn't sound humorous..it sounds disappointing and humiliating. Everyone knew that the Packers were a dangerous team going into the playoffs, so I wasn't expecting a blowout either way. However, obviously the Falcons were favored with being at home and having the record that they had during the regular season. I'm a Falcons fan but I knew that some of the games they won were because our offense stepped up when our secondary consistently failed. I knew going into the playoffs that if we kept trying to outscore other teams, we'd lose. Our defensive line and linebacking core are solid, but we always get burnt in the secondary, which is where Rodgers picked us apart. As for the offense, Matt Ryan was forced to once again pick up the slack for the secondary's mishaps. While he's still a great QB, he's shown me (mostly this year) that he overthrows a lot of his receivers and forces others throws into double/triple coverage when he feels he has to take over a game. Sometimes that works, sometimes it doesn't. |

Anyone see Olsen from the Bears? Dayum. Ran through the Seahawks like butter just like the Seahawks did to the Saints.
