okay, so this has been happening alot lately, and im not sure why. but it pisses me off to no extent. for some reason when i join some games, after a certain period of time, my gun vanishes from the screen, and while i can still move around, spot enemies, get healed, get killed etc. i can't use ANY of my own functions, such as shooting, grenades, medkits, launchers etc. and if i suicide, it's the same thing. has this happened to anyone else? Here's a video showing what it looks like from my POV. Mind you, the person in this video has the ability to shoot, i DO NOT:


this happens commonly after
I die and respawn
I die and get revived
i pick up another kit off the ground
I commit suicide and respawn
and Spawning on a Spawn beacon.

does it happen after you have been playing for some time?

it varies, sometimes it happens as soon as i start, sometime it happens 1-2 hours in.

Yeah this happens to me time to time, usually when I'm about to spawn back in and as I spawn, my body gets revived...

Absolutely no idea how to fix it

Although I can still shoot and do functions, the guns just not there lol

Hey look it's the story of my life lol

Basically, I've found waiting a few secs until all the little images of your kit reappears before spawning helps for some reason

i've tried that too haha. i end up having to just turn the playstaion off, if i try to quit the game, it freezes up and then makes the system unresponsive.

This happened to me a few times but nothing a suicide or something as simple can't fix.


In P4f and Battlefield, you still have your gun, just you won't be able to see your gun. So what I do is I still shoot and aim and all just like what that guy is doing in that video. You still will shoot, you just won't have any graphical confirmation that you are unless you get hit markers or points.

Best bet is to try to play like you normally would (aiming and shooting wise).
