Greetings,

Recently the CE have been discussing and have started implementing the mechanics of a new unit within the clan, the Reserve Forces. The Reserve Forces (RF) are the non-active component of the clan. The RF are for members who may not have nearly as much time to be in an active unit but still want to wear the clan's colors and tags.



Eligibility:

Members who want to go through this option can if they are tenured (not accepting members straight from boot camp), been in good faith towards the clan, and are in a prolonged period of inactivity (or going to be). If you are interested, send me a PM.



Concept:

It takes a substantial amount of time to "mold" members into the self-sustaining and committed members we want them to be and to build the bonds and friendships they do. "Real Life" also happens to everyone and if someone whom we have invested time with (and whom also has invested time back in us), we want that valued member to stay.





The Reserve Forces is a tool to hold members while inactive members for the period of time in which they will be inactive, but will also fervently work with those members to assign them to a position or active-unit when they are in good standing and are able to do so. It is also a tool to hold the not-as-active members in units. Some of you may get forcibly assigned to this unit (which is not really a good thing) based on your inactivity recently.

If you are in the Reserve Forces, you are still required to be as active as you were before in terms of forum activity. Members of the Reserves can still be discharged or put on administrative leave for going Away Without Official Leave.



SuperShocky has been promoted to Commanding Officer, Reserve Forces.

Brilliant addition to the clan, not only do we benefit by being able to keep a hold of all you great members who fall into this category, but you will still also be able to stand side by side with your fellow clan mates.

It's a privilege to be handed the Commanding Officer role, looking forward to the duty.

i joined up a few days ago and I'm still not sure how i go thru boot camp for the BFP4F squad,could someone please point me in the right direction.sorry if i have posted this in the wrong place and thanks in advance.
