Hm, actually it is kinda possible to overclock it, but Will didn't mentioned that. But I had, 1GB dedicated memory for CPU graphics, running on default clock rate 3.3 GHz. As you can see from that video, it can barely run Play4free on High graphics, Full HD resolution.
I may try it again, with my overclocked CPU 4.3 GHz! and some graphics frequency adjustments.

Overclocked CPU graphics from 1.1 Ghz up to 1.6 Ghz, can run Play4free up to 60 fps in not full screen mode, and 25 fps in full screen mode, so there is 7 Fps difference, still not good enough.

but it makes some difference, sometimes 7 fps can make a game be reasonably playable compared to eye-wateringly horrendous

1900 Mhz should make 30 fps, but increases system instability

So if you know what you're doing then everything should be fine. You OC it too much you'll wreck your system :S
Oh and due to stock and stuff + my budget being a bit more realistic now, here is a new setup. Slightly modified.

Right now I overcloked my CPU from 3.3 Ghz to 4.5 Ghz, so uhm, that is quite nice. BTW cannot check ur list, bloody browsing program blocking it. But gonna do that after 2200

The free game was Sniper Elite V2, and thank you Will That's really very reassuring. If it runs GTA V, I will be a very happy person. Now to actually try and get it LOL

The Crossfire 7970 and the GHz will trounce the 670. The next one up is a 680 which is another 70/80 quid so out of the two, the 7970 is the better choice. here's the GHz edition http://www.anandtech.com/bench/Product/598?vs=618
