Hey guys,

So there's a community called Global Conflict. It's a huge campaign basically that lasts for a few months. Every Saturday, Battledays last 6 hours starting from 19.00 Central European Time (1pm Eastern, Noon Central, 10am Pacific), until 01:00 CET (7pm Eastern, 6pm Central 4pm Pacific).

You can come and go as you please. But you choose a side and each side has a commander. The commander relays information or orders to the squads. At the end of the campaign everything is added up to determine the which side won.

They have been doing this for the past 10 years and BF3 Campaign 1 has already begun but, we can still join in. This sounds interesting to me.

Yeah I'm sure they must've done this for BF2 and a few other games. I'd encourage the PC platoon to join. If not for each 4 you get (doesn't even need to be 4 really) you can have your own squad on a team.

Sounds interesting, and I wonder how they manage to coordinate so many players on TS3... We could learn a lot.

You'll all need to create a GC forum account and post their sign-up/draft template indicating the person you want to join with, so you can be drafted into the same team/squad.

I've already submitted mine, so if you want, use "Trister" where it asks...

Hey, you can sign up for the second campaign now, I noticed Trister and Nmd signed up for the last one, so just ask to join with me for this campaign. The C2 draft is done. We are on the HitCore team. They are doing a little scrim today and they were wondering if anyone else was going to be on.

I've signed up for the infatry platoon in HitCore
